Refunds

The short version

You only ever pay for work that's been done, and anything that's been built is yours whether we carry on or not. The written agreement you sign before we start is the binding version of this. The page exists so you can see the shape before you ask for the agreement.

The diagnostic

The diagnostic is $2,000 for weeks one and two, paid before it starts. Cancel before the week one session and the whole amount comes back. Once that session has happened, the diagnostic runs to its end and is delivered in full: the before picture, the measurements and the build plan are yours, and the fee isn't refundable, because the product has been delivered.

The build

The build is $7,000 for weeks three to twelve, paid in full after the diagnostic or as three payments of $2,500. It runs in two week cycles. You can stop at the end of any cycle by telling me in writing. You're billed for the cycles completed, any prepaid amount for cycles not yet started is refunded within fourteen days, and everything built to that point is handed over with its documentation and access. The cooldown in weeks eleven and twelve is part of the build price and follows the last completed cycle.

Continuation

A retainer or a second twelve weeks is sold in week eleven, never before. Continuation runs in cycles with no minimum term. Cancel at the end of any cycle. Prepaid cycles not yet started are refunded in full; a cycle that has started is delivered and billed.

How to cancel

Email [email protected]. I'll confirm the cancellation, the amount coming back if any, and the handover date, within two working days. Refunds go back the way the payment came.

What doesn't change

Nothing switches off when you stop. Everything is built inside your own accounts, there's no licence and no platform fee, and my access can be revoked by you on any day.
